The initial phase of training will deliver an intensive and diverse three-month training plan across marketing, finance, HR, operations, security, sales and commercial. Our recruits will also be assigned to individual mentors who will guide them in their professional growth. The training experience will provide exposure to how internal business is handled, a broad range of assignments and client responsibility from early on. Along with this, the graduates will also have the opportunity to become certified in a number of industry recognised qualifications with senior staff providing continued support.
