Delivering profitable projects is not just about charging more or reducing cost to make the project profitable. It has to be measured not just in terms of the budget, but also the value being delivered in respect of the business requirements, whether they are delivered on schedule, the quality of the product and whether it delivers the expected business value and return on investment.

​Part of the successful project will be focused on the people, skills and tools needed.
