The world has become more digital, and businesses are increasingly using technology as a core driver to create business value through Digital Transformation, either by design or by influence, through external factors such as competition or market forces.

The role

NWT has provided key roles and activities as a service to its customers for several years and had a long-term relationship with the client. We provided a team of four senior interim CTOs, one who would act as a Critical Friend that was able to interrogate senior stakeholders regarding several long-standing technical, performance and security issues that had impacted the cloud transformation project. The other three formed a real-time data breach response team with the needed skill set to supplement the client’s team. They worked with the client to introduce technical breach remedies and embed new data protection standards to reduce future data breaches, regulatory action and possibly litigation.
