NWT provides ServiceNow support. With our industry executive and ServiceNow consultant we have supported the outline and business case to migrate from legacy tools onto a single ServiceNow platform. NWT was also able to advise the customer to include an implementation ‘wrapper’ to support the implementation in terms of governance, transition, testing and training.

The role

NWT has been providing ServiceNow Practice support for 6 months and has a long term working relationship with the customer.  We provided an industry executive and ServiceNow consultant to engage with senior leaders within the customer and support the outline and definition of a business case to migrate from a number of legacy tools onto a single ServiceNow platform.  The engagement included driving and managing a series of workshops with ServiceNow as a vendor to validate the high level design, develop a volumetrics to drive licence quantities and align professional services effort to assist with the implementation.  Using industry knowledge, NWT was also able to advise the customer to include an implementation ‘wrapper’ to support the implementation in terms of governance, transition, testing and training.  This enabled the development and release of a complete business case covering licences, professional services support and the internal resources required to undertake a successful ServiceNow implementation and transition.
